Brennan Decesar

Brennan DeCesar is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in advanced technology and laser applications. Currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Technology at AMADA WELD TECH INC. since February 2011, Brennan has led over 180 R&D projects in medical, energy, microelectronics, and defense sectors. Brennan established ground-breaking methodologies for laser-integrated systems, including the first medical device cutting system and femtosecond laser system. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State Applied Research Laboratory, where innovative laser processing for alternative energy applications was developed, and a laser process engineering internship at BP Solar. Brennan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Engineering Science from Penn State University.
