Amanda Mesler has 30 years of extensive international executive leadership at the CEO and board level, successfully leading two company exits as CEO and Chair. Amanda is currently a Non-Executive Board Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee at Amadeus, as well as a Non-Executive Board Director for Vodeno Group and a Senior Advisor. Their past roles include President & Global Leader at EDS, Chief Executive Officer at Cashflows, and various non-executive director positions, including with National Grid and Pace. Amanda holds an MBA in International Business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BSBA in Marketing from Western Carolina University.
