Anke Schweikart is a passionate People & Culture leader with extensive experience across various industries. They began their career at Daimler AG as a Personalreferentin and later worked as a Marketing & Communication Manager and HR-Manager at Lafarge. Anke transitioned to Amadeus, where they held multiple roles including HR Business Partner and People & Culture Cluster Head for Central Europe. Currently, Anke serves as the Head of People & Culture DACH, focusing on developing and driving the People & Culture agenda across seven legal entities in the DACH region. Anke holds a Diplom in Betriebswirt VWA from the Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie Mainz.
