Barry Egan

Barry Egan is a Global People & Culture Leader with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the Global People & Culture Director at Amadeus, they are a member of the leadership team and have successfully achieved certifications recognizing exceptional employee conditions. Previously, Egan held various leadership roles at American Express, including Head of Employee Relations for the UK & Ireland and Vice President for International Employee Relations. They also contributed to academia as an Associate Lecturer at the National College of Ireland and gained valuable experience in prior roles at IBM, Ford Motor Company, and Ibec. Egan is pursuing a Master of Business Studies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin.
