Previously, Benoit served as a Senior Business Consultant for Amadeus, leading business consulting engagements in both French and English, and as an HRM Training Specialist, where they designed and conducted training sessions. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Benoit has held key roles in event sales and account management, showcasing a results-driven approach and proficient knowledge in customer service and product deployment.
