From 2013 to 2018, Carlos served as Unit Manager at Amadeus IT Group, leading a team of 15 on projects related to ticket management and quotation systems. Carlos advanced to the role of Manager at Amadeus Labs from 2018 to 2021, overseeing key products during an expatriate mission in India, before becoming Head of Hotel Distribution R&D at Amadeus in 2021.
