Chris Abbott

Chris Abbott currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the AirOps business line at Amadeus, a position taken on after the integration of Vision-Box in January 2025. Prior to this, Chris held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Vision-Box, focusing on innovative technology in biometrics and border control. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Chris has also worked as a Managing Consultant at OperateXcellence and as Chief Operating Officer at Six Degrees, overseeing significant revenue operations in managed services. Previous positions include Managing Director at Tharsus and various executive roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Electronic Data Systems, and the British Army. Chris holds a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Bristol and has additional certifications in programme management.
