Deepa Gorasia is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in vendor management and airport service delivery at Amadeus IT Group since July 2017. Currently serving as the Manager for Airport Service Delivery (EMEA), Deepa is accountable for developing and managing a portfolio of vendors, conducting service reviews, and ensuring exceptional service levels for airport customers. Prior to Amadeus, Deepa worked at Microsoft from November 2006 to September 2016, holding roles such as Global Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing BPO vendor performance, budget management, and driving process improvement projects. Deepa holds a degree from the University of Greenwich, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
