Derek Howard

Derek Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and management within the hospitality and cruise industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager at HotelKey since July 2023, Derek previously held the position of Senior Director of Onboard Solutions at IBS Software, where leadership was provided for a team focusing on product strategy for cruise solutions. Prior to that, Derek occupied various director roles at Oracle, managing product strategies and solutions for the cruise industry, hotel solutions, and overseeing solution engineering in North America. Derek's career began at MICROS Systems Inc, where significant contributions were made to software implementation projects in the hospitality sector. Educational foundations were built at Scottsdale Community College and Mesa Community College.
