Fen Rada has a diverse background in IT and service management, beginning with early roles in customer service and pizza delivery at Pizza Hot Villenave d'Ornon and Boite a Pizza. Later experience includes technical consultant positions at Engage ESM, where specialization in ServiceNow and ITIL was developed, and as a Consultant ITSM at Devoteam, focusing on ServiceNow platform configuration. Currently, Fen Rada serves as a Technical Lead for ServiceNow at Amadeus, analyzing and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. Additional web development experience includes roles at Nomakit Darwin Ecosystème and Uxer Agence Digitale, as well as various internships in web development and project participation.
