Fred Salazar has extensive experience in customer support and training, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Training Services Americas and Global Customer Support Training at Amadeus since April 2001. Throughout a progressive career at Amadeus, Fred has held various positions including Learning Design Manager, Customer Support Learning Design Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Support Supervisor, and Trainer and Quality Assurance, each focusing on enhancing customer support learning solutions and operational efficiency. Prior to Amadeus, Fred held managerial roles at Destination Costa Rica, Twingo Driving School, and Crusa Rent a Car. Fred's educational background includes degrees in Emergency Medical Assistance, Web Design, Network Technology, Tourism and Hospitality, and completion of a Management Development Program at INCAE Business School.
