Ioannis Theodoridis

Ioannis Theodoridis has extensive experience in functional consultancy and technical support, primarily in the travel technology sector. From September 2008 to February 2009, Ioannis served as a member at NTUA, DSS Lab. Subsequently, between May 2010 and October 2012, a role as Technical Support Executive was held at Amadeus Hellas SA, leading to a tenure as Functional Consultant from October 2012 to February 2014, where responsibilities included providing functional and technical support, developing consulting services, and analyzing business needs. Ioannis advanced to Amadeus IT Group as a Senior Functional Consultant from October 2014 to October 2018, before continuing at Amadeus in various senior roles from November 2018 to September 2022, including Senior Product Consultant, Service Designer, Principal Consultant, and Customer Success Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of the Aegean and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and Computer Technology from the Technological Institute of Lamia.
