Ishara Jayakody has extensive experience in technology and technical support roles. Starting as an Associate Software Engineer and later advancing to Senior Software Engineer at Virtusa, Ishara implemented, tested, and deployed external service components for web portal performance testing. Following this, Ishara joined Amadeus IT Pacific Pty Ltd in February 2013 as a Technical Support Analyst, providing test systems support for airlines in the Asia Pacific region and overseeing setup and monitoring activities. Ishara holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Curtin University of Technology.
