John Cotter

John Cotter is an experienced professional in business solutions and technical services, currently serving as a Business Solutions Enterprise Architect at Amadeus IT Group since May 2010. In this role, John Cotter focuses on identifying, delivering, and managing internal business solution software to meet customer needs while maintaining standardized processes. Previously, John Cotter worked as a Services Development and Implementation Manager, designing new support services across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. John's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Services Manager at Amadeus from June 2000 to December 2009, where administration and provisioning of technical support were key responsibilities, and as a Maintenance Engineer at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad from July 1993 to May 2000, overseeing the maintenance of power plants. John Cotter holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundepos and a Licenciate in Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
