Jyotsna Bahl

Jyotsna Bahl has a strong background in human resources, beginning with a tenure as Assistant Manager - HR at The Sachdev Group from October 2006 to June 2015. In this role, Jyotsna managed payroll, operations, learning and development, and various HR generalist functions for a corporate HR department serving approximately 2500 employees across multiple sectors including automobile, export, retail, and insurance. Key responsibilities included induction, payroll processing, recruitment, performance appraisal, disciplinary proceedings, grievances handling, HR process auditing, MIS report building, and conducting employee engagement activities. Subsequently, Jyotsna served as HR Business Partner at BTQA Partners from March 2022 to September 2022 and is currently the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Amadeus India since November 2022.
