Maell Mortemousque has over 15 years of experience in IT digitalization, focusing on improving user efficiency and satisfaction. Having held positions at PSA Peugeot Citroën from 2005 to 2007 and Amadeus IT Group from 2007 to 2012, Maell has demonstrated expertise in project and program management, particularly in customer experience and change management. Currently, Maell serves as the head of Customer Experience & Change Management in Customer Operations at Amadeus.
