Michael Carpenter

Michael Carpenter serves as the Vice President of Product Engineering at Amadeus since October 2020, following a role as Vice President of Sales Engineering at Amadeus Hospitality from February 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading technical pre-sales interactions and advocating for key Enterprise customers. Prior to Amadeus, Michael held various positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from November 2004 to February 2016, including RVP and Lead on the Karma Project, focusing on the rollout of a Guest Experience platform, and Regional Vice President, managing budgets and resolving complex IT issues. Michael's early experience includes roles at Custom Cable as Project Manager, overseeing telecom rollouts, and as National Account Manager at iGate Mastech, selling solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College.
