Ronald Miranda

Ronald Miranda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and project management. Currently serving as Principal Agile Coach at Amadeus since May 2022, Ronald has successfully directed a SAFe Transformation across 45 agile teams at a global level, focusing on Lean Portfolio Management. Prior roles include Senior Scrum Master at Brambles, where performance and customer engagement for key programs were enhanced through Scrum, and Agile Coach at Scalian, where significant initiatives in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management were implemented. Ronald's earlier experience encompasses roles at Airbus Helicopters as an MBA Consultant and at Belcorp, where as a Software Project Manager, innovations transformed data collection and billing processes. Ronald holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School and specialized degrees in Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
