Ryan Liles

Ryan Liles, MBA, PMP, ITIL, SAFe SA, is an experienced professional in customer success management and project management, currently serving as Regional Director at Amadeus since April 2017. Liles has held multiple leadership positions within the company, overseeing critical processes such as Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) for Passenger Processing software and services, while also managing project proposals valued up to $40 million. With a solid background in project management from previous roles at AirIT and Air Transport IT Services, Liles has developed expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring project execution within budget and timelines. Liles holds an MBA in International Business from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
