Sergio Serafim is an experienced Senior Platform Engineer at Amadeus since May 2022, previously serving as a Technical Apps Sys Admin at Norwegian Cruise Line from April 2016 to May 2022. Prior to that, Sergio worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Preferred Care Partners from December 2012 to April 2016 and as an IT Supervisor at Grove Networks Inc. from August 2005 to December 2012, focusing on network and systems administration for heterogeneous node networks. Sergio is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science at Miami Dade College, a course of study that began in 2009.
