Timmy Li, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Customer Success Management for North Asia at Amadeus, where they have held the role since 2025. Prior to this, Timmy was the Customer Success and Delivery Manager for the APAC region at Amadeus and worked as a Manager of China Projects at the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre. With a background in customer success and delivery management, Timmy has also held senior roles at Cathay Pacific and has been actively involved in the Kowloon Bay St. John The Baptist Catholic Primary School's Parent Teacher Association since 2023. Timmy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Manchester, expected to complete in 2024.
