Vivek Menon is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in product management, customer experience, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Digital and Touchpoints at Amadeus since February 2015, Vivek manages product development related to loyalty, personalization, and data while also overseeing roadmap management and customer relationship initiatives. Prior to this, Vivek worked at Emirates Group as a Business Analyst and Sr. Business Analyst, leading business analysis phases in CRM and loyalty and driving process re-engineering efforts. Vivek began the career as a Sr. Account Manager at Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions and holds an MBA in Sales, Marketing, and Operations from Cochin University of Science and Technology, along with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology.
