Adam Hunt

Adam Hunt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, compliance, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Independent Chair at amaea, Adam also contributes to various organizations, including the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand as a member of the Industry Advisory Group and the International Monetary Fund as a member of the Panel of Experts focusing on tax administration. Adam holds board positions at Transparency International New Zealand, Matū Iramoe, Fidelity Capital Partners Limited, and as a director and CUFO at Clavis Limited, delivering consultancy services. Previously, Adam was the CEO and a board member at The TIC Company, specializing in customer due diligence services. Education includes an MBA from Henley Business School and an HND in Business & Finance from the University of Portsmouth.
