Otto Baumann

Otto Baumann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry and legal sector. Currently serving as a Handelsrichter am Obergericht des Kantons Zürich since January 2022, Otto has also held the position of Geschäftsführer at AMAG Automobil- und Motoren AG since November 2012, overseeing the import and distribution of various vehicle brands in Switzerland. Prior to this, Otto was Geschäftsführer at Emil Frey AG from August 2006 to October 2012 and led Otto Baumann AG as Inhaber und Geschäftsführer from September 1994 to July 2006. Earlier roles include Abteilungsleiter at Bosch and Verkaufsingenieur at Bühler Informatik AG. Otto's educational background includes an MBA from City University in Seattle, a specialization in sales from AGVS, and an engineering degree in automotive technology from Ingenieurschule Biel.
