Anusha Burlu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global payroll management and employee relations. Currently serving as a Specialist in People Excellence at Amagi since August 2020, Anusha effectively oversees payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries while managing post-payroll queries and finance reports. Previously, as a Senior Executive in HR at Larsen & Toubro from September 2018 to June 2020, Anusha was responsible for accurate payroll processing and attendance management. Additionally, Anusha gained valuable experience at Manoj Vaibhav Gems ‘N’ Jewellers Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included adhering to payroll controls and restructuring salary frameworks in line with company policies and tax regulations. Anusha holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from SVD&SGL College of Management & Technology.
