Reece Hunt is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in various high-profile roles within the media, technology, and corporate sectors. Currently serving as VP, Legal at Amagi Corporation since November 2022, Reece previously held the position of General Counsel at Streamwise from August 2020 until its acquisition by Amagi. Reece's background also includes leadership roles at 1091 Pictures, Lyft, Motivate International Inc., and Avon, where responsibilities encompassed advising on strategic transactions, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. Reece began a professional legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, honing expertise in capital markets and corporate law. Reece holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College.
