Daniele Codini is a highly experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef EMEA and Executive Chef for Europe and North Africa at AMAN since June 2022, Codini has previously held significant positions, including Chef De Cuisine at Airelles, where responsibility included management of operations and development of Italian culinary concepts at the Pan Dei Palais hotel in St Tropez. Additional experience encompasses being a Chef De Cuisine at Aman Le Mélézin, Executive Chef at Villa Djunah, Head Chef at The Ned and Frenchie Covent Garden, and a Senior Sous Chef at Hibiscus Restaurant.
