Matteo Nardin is a seasoned Executive Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. With a strong background in cooking, sanitation, food quality, menu development, and recipe development, they have held prominent positions at various esteemed establishments. Matteo began their culinary career as a Chef De Partie at MB Restaurante and progressed through roles including Sous Chef at FRENCHIE and Executive Sous Chef at The Ned. Currently, they serve as the Regional Executive Chef Asia at AMAN, having previously held the position of Executive Chef there. Matteo graduated from G.maffioli, further solidifying their expertise in the culinary field.
