Aman Foundation | Sustainable Livelihood with Dignity

Aman Foundation is a community-driven organization working in the flood-prone riverine (char-chapori) areas of Assam, India. Founded in 2021, the foundation focuses on strengthening education, livelihoods, and disaster resilience among vulnerable communities.

Through community learning centers, we support first-generation learners to continue their education with dignity. Our initiatives empower women farmers with climate-smart agricultural practices and equip rural youth through leadership programs like the AMAN Fellowship.

Working closely with families affected by seasonal migration and recurring floods, Aman Foundation believes that sustainable change begins when communities become active agents of their own transformation.

Our reach: 5,000+ lives impacted across Barpeta, Assam
Focus areas: Education | Livelihoods | Climate Resilience | Youth Leadership
