Howard Pyle

Howard Pyle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, product management, and social impact. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Amano So since January 2024, a global mentorship network aimed at empowering emerging leaders in sustainability and technology, Pyle also leads Experience Futures as Founder & CEO, focusing on responsible AI and inclusive design for purpose-driven organizations. Pyle's previous roles include Global SVP Design & CX at MetLife, where significant contributions included a major rebranding initiative, and VP of Design Studios and Developer Marketing at IBM, overseeing the launch of IBM's cloud marketplace. Additional experience includes senior positions at OgilvyOne, TBWA\Digital Arts, and Counts Media, bringing a rich background in digital strategy and creative development across various high-profile projects and campaigns. Pyle holds a degree from St. John's College.
