They previously served as General Counsel at Tris Pharma and held various legal roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Exxon Mobil Corporation, among others. Jonathan holds a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, an MBA from Lehigh University College of Business, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oswego. Their extensive experience spans across patent law, regulatory affairs, and corporate compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
