Robert Werner has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Robert started their career as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, where they dealt with general corporate and transactional matters for biotechnology companies. Robert then joined Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, serving in various legal roles with increasing responsibility. During their time there, they negotiated significant transactions and participated in product launches and marketing campaigns. Robert then moved on to Pharmacia, where they served as an Associate General Counsel, leading international Corporate Development activities and providing counsel on securities law compliance. Robert later joined Schering-Plough as a Senior Legal Director, where they played a key role in multiple strategic initiatives and negotiations. Robert also established and built new business units within U.S. Managed Markets. Robert's next role was as Vice-President at The Medicines Company, where they were responsible for market access and reimbursement strategies and teams. Recently, they accepted a position as Vice President of Market Access and Trade at Amarin Corporation. In addition to their corporate positions, Robert also founded Xcedyne Consulting LLC, where they provided consultancy services.

Robert Werner has a J.D. degree in Law from Columbia Law School and a BSE degree in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
