Amarna Energy is an independent engineering and advisory consultancy providing end to end technical, project, and construction management services for complex projects.

Our focus is on solving difficult engineering problems where safety, system integration, regulatory compliance, and real world operability are critical. We support clients across the full project lifecycle, from early stage concept development and feasibility through to detailed design, project delivery, construction management, commissioning, and operational readiness.

We work closely with asset owners, developers, OEMs, and delivery contractors, often acting as the technical and delivery interface between parties. Our role is to bring clarity, challenge assumptions, reduce risk, and ensure engineering and delivery decisions are grounded in practical, buildable solutions.

Our core services and capabilities include:
• Multidisciplinary engineering design and technical advisory
• Owner’s engineer services and client side project management
• Project management and construction management support
• Process, mechanical, electrical, and control systems engineering
• Safety engineering, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced modelling and simulation including CFD, multi physics, and system analysis
• Independent technical review, assurance, and due diligence
• Commissioning support, operational readiness, and handover

We are known for being hands on, technically rigorous, and outcome focused. Our work extends beyond reports and supports execution, issue resolution, and delivery of systems that can be safely constructed, commissioned, and operated.

Amarna Energy partners with organisations that value sound engineering judgement, accountability, and solutions that stand up to scrutiny.
