Nathan Leaphart has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nathan started their career as a Staff Accountant at McGregor & Company in 2001 and then moved on to become a Senior Auditor at Elliott Davis, LLC in 2003. In 2005, they joined NetBank as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they focused on regulatory and SEC reporting, as well as assisting external auditors. In 2006, Leaphart took on a different career path as an Adjunct Instructor at Midlands Technical College, teaching accounting courses. Later that year, they became the CFO of Glassmaster Company, leading the company through a bankruptcy court process to maximize asset value. In 2007, Leaphart joined Electric Guard Dog (now AMAROK Security) as the CFO, responsible for financial strategy, human resources, compliance, and legal matters. Nathan played a key role in the company's rebranding and continued to oversee finance operations until at least February 2020.
Nathan Leaphart completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Airport High School, but no degree or field of study is specified.
