Pleshette Amaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pleshette started their career in 2004 as a Claims Level II Customer Service Specialist at Palmetto GBA. Pleshette then worked for Verizon Wireless as a Global Technical Support Coordinator and later as a Senior Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional customer service and technical support for voice and data product customers. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at People 2.0 as a VBO Virtual Business Office, specializing in hospital revenue cycle management. In 2015, they joined Electric Guard Dog as a Technical/Customer Support Representative. Finally, since 2016, they have been at AMAROK Security, initially as a Sr. Technician Project Manager and currently as a Lead Project Manager, overseeing multiple installations for access control, IP video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
