Rine Rine

Rine Rine has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. They began their career in 2009 at PT Astra International Tbk, where they worked as a Performance & Reward Management Analyst. During this time, they were responsible for analyzing and developing policies related to performance and reward management. They also provided consultancy to Astra Group on organization development and performance matters. In 2014, Rine Rine joined the Triputra Group as an Organization Development & HR System Development specialist. In 2016, they moved to Puninar Logistics as the Head of Operation Planning Development & Control. The same year, they also joined PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk as the Head of Human Capital Strategic & Policy. Since 2019, Rine Rine has been working at Amartha, starting as the VP of People & Culture, then moving on to become the SVP and currently serving as the Chief People Officer.

Rine Rine attended Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Industrial Engineering and obtained a bachelor's degree (S1).
