Amaseu transforms leadership teams. 30 years with multinationals and the PE portfolios behind some of Europe’s biggest exits.

Real change breaks patterns. You cannot teach it in a classroom or incentivize it into being. People have to live something different.

Companies come to us at a step-change moment: a new owner, a new strategy, an integration, a turnaround, a bigger ambition. The leadership team has to perform at a level it never has before.

We’re best known for the five-day Journey, the catalyst inside each Transformation Program. The team leaves the routine completely: no presentations, no conference rooms, no leadership theory. The CEO is in the lead, not consultants. To the team on it, a journey feels spontaneous. Every hour is designed and refined over thousands of programs. That design is what nobody has copied.

What comes back is a different team: leading as themselves, honest with each other, behind the strategy and running with it as if the company were their own.

The journey opens it up. The program makes it hold: over one to three years, journeys for the next leadership groups build on one another, alongside the change program already underway, never on top of it. The CEO owns the leadership of the transformation; the CHRO or CPO owns the culture, bringing it to life across the organization.

Alumni show lower attrition, higher promotion rates, faster execution. CEOs describe reaching in five days what would take years. Our longest-standing clients have been coming back for more than a decade.

Our clients range from €400 million to €14+ billion in revenue.

16 years in private equity: 21 portfolio companies across Bain Capital, Advent International, and other leading firms. Engagements typically start in the first two years after a deal, or in the run-up to exit or IPO.

Reach out. We’re happy to put you in touch with any of the CEOs, CPOs and CHROs who have worked with us.
