AMAVI was born from the collaboration of private equity professionals, real estate experts, and technology entrepreneurs. This unique blend of deep expertise across these three key industries, coupled with our extensive professional network, positions us exceptionally well to uncover and generate distinctive investment opportunities.

AMAVI is dedicated to consolidating the highly fragmented European 'real assets' industry by identifying top platforms and actively engaging in M&A and cross-border partnerships within carefully selected verticals.

Our focus is on creating European champions by investing in businesses connected to the built world. We target companies with proven track record, consolidation potential, and driven by strong, passionate management teams.

With offices in Belgium and Sweden, we are well-positioned to execute our pan-European investment strategy. Our current portfolio spans the entire European continent, with a particular focus on the Benelux, Nordic, France and DACH region.
