Andy M. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading people and culture strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Timeline® since October 2022, Andy previously held the position of Global People Director at Vita Coco from April 2021 to October 2022. At Pret A Manger, from December 2012 to March 2021, Andy progressed from Vice President People to the role of People Director for the US, successfully managing the people function during a major growth period, after relocating from the UK. Earlier roles at Pret A Manger from 2000 to 2012 included People Business Partner for the UK and various recruitment and HR management positions, focusing on transforming people operations across sites.
