Amazilia Aerospace is a respected developer of digital flight control, flight guidance and vehicle management systems for civil manned and unmanned aircraft.

In May 2024, Textron eAviation Inc. announced that Textron eAviation GmbH acquired substantially all the assets of Amazilia Aerospace GmbH. With this integration, Amazilia Aerospace’s skilled workforce and facilities based in Munich, Germany join Textron eAviation GmbH, part of the Textron eAviation business segment of Textron Inc.

This addition strengthens Textron eAviation’s internal capabilities and supports the teams’ shared focus on positively impacting the next generation of flight.
