Aalhad Joshi

Aalhad Joshi is a skilled UX Designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as a UX Designer II at Amazon since February 2025, Aalhad contributes to the Conversational Shopping team. Previously, Aalhad worked as a Mentor at adplist.org, guiding emerging designers in complex system design and deep prototyping. At Canvs.in, Aalhad held roles as Principal Design Manager and Design Manager, overseeing design projects for major clients in NBFC, media, and banking sectors, and developed key internal products and services. As a Co-Founder and Lead Designer at Fiil.design, Aalhad launched a design firm that successfully competed for projects against larger firms. A prior role as Product Design Lead at Unifynd involved overseeing UI/UX design for multiple platforms, including the notable FUTURERETAIL project. Aalhad began a career in design at DY Works and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University.
