Aaron Kail

Aaron Kail is currently the Worldwide Driver Experience Lead at Amazon, where they have served as Sr. Manager since 2021. Previously, Aaron held various roles in prominent companies, including Director of Shopper Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company and Senior Brand Manager at Mars Petcare. Aaron began their career at Newell Rubbermaid as a Product Manager and later worked as an Assistant Brand Manager before advancing to Global Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. They earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
