Aaron Khoo

Aaron Khoo is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the General Manager for AWS Control Tower and Service Catalog at Amazon Web Services since February 2016, Aaron oversees product management and engineering teams across multiple locations. Previous roles at AWS include Head of Engineering for the Data Protection team and Senior Software Development Manager for AWS Config. Prior to AWS, Aaron held leadership positions at TASER International, 9SLIDES, PaidPunch, and Microsoft. With a PhD in Computer Science from Northwestern University and a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Knox College, Aaron possesses a strong academic foundation complementing over two decades of professional expertise in software development and cloud governance.
