Aaron Parsons is a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, having joined the JFK8 Inbound team in February 2020. They have successfully driven network change to enhance processes and address challenges for associates and customers, earning multiple site records in volume, cost, DEA, and quality. Prior to Amazon, Aaron amassed nearly 20 years of experience at Dick's Sporting Goods, where they developed leadership skills across six states and 11 different sites, contributing to various multi-site improvement projects. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Geneseo.
