Abdulraheem Hammad has extensive experience in customer service and account management across various industries. Starting as a Customer Service Representative at CSC Beyond from October 2019 to February 2020, Abdulraheem transitioned to a similar role at Shipa Delivery before becoming a customer retention executive at OSN from January 2021 to July 2022. Following this, Abdulraheem held the position of Account Manager at BIGO Technology in Jordan from July 2022 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing agencies and conducting market research for the MENA region.
