Adam Baker has over 20 years of supply chain and transportation experience, currently serving as the Vice President of NA/EU Transportation & Global Mile at Amazon. They manage a large team and direct logistics for billions of packages annually across North America and Europe. Previously, Adam held various leadership roles at Amazon, including Vice President of NA/EU Transportation and Director of NA Supply Chain and Transportation, where they drove significant improvements in network capacity and team retention. Adam earned an MBA in Operations from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Passionate about community service, they also founded Logistics for Good to address food instability in underserved areas.
