Adam Druecke

Adam Druecke is an accomplished operations and supply chain leader with extensive experience in the industry. They began their career in domestic transportation brokerage and expanded their skillset at companies such as C.H. Robinson and Amazon, where they held various roles, including Program Manager and Principal Amazon Inbound Transportation. In 2022, Adam transitioned from the corporate world to found Yoke Outdoors, serving as the Director of Operations, where they focus on streamlining processes and managing team performance. Adam is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and enjoys mentoring others to enhance productivity and success. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
