Adhyas A. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Most recently, Adhyas was the Head of Engineering at Amazon from January 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing scalable connectivity solutions with Kuiper, managing big-data platforms for Amazon Music, and launching innovative payment systems. Prior to Amazon, Adhyas held positions at Cisco, where technical leadership was provided for Cisco Virtual Switch N1K, and at a stealth startup as Chief Executive Officer. Early career roles included senior management at Nokia and VMware, focused on research and development in computing technologies. Adhyas holds an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
