Adrienne Paskell has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the logistics industry. Adrienne served as Customer Service Director at TForce Final Mile from January 2016 to January 2020 and as Operations Support Manager at TForce Logistics from May 2015 to October 2018. In addition, Adrienne held the position of Director of User Experience at TForce from February 2019 to January 2020 and previously worked as Director of the Customer Experience Center and in Operations at Velocity Express from January 2009 to August 2013. Currently, Adrienne is the Transportation Supply Chain Manager at Amazon since January 2020. Adrienne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from SUNY Empire State College between 2002 and 2005.
