Afnan Idris is a multifaceted leader with over 10 years of experience in Transportation, Retail, Operations, DEI, and Learning & Development, having worked with organizations such as Amazon, Target, and Limited Brands. Afnan currently serves as a Senior Program Manager for Amazon's Relay App, focusing on learning strategies, content management, and feature development. They have also been instrumental in launching several global DEI initiatives, including Atlanta's first Black Employee Network chapter and Amazon's HBCU Beyond the Yard Conference. As a Fellow in the Inclusive Product Management Accelerator at the Product Management Center at UW, Afnan continues to enhance their expertise in product management.
